Signal fault sparks Gold Coast tram delays
UPDATE: LIGHT rail services have resumed following an earlier signal fault at Southport.
EARLIER: TRANSLINK has advised light rail passengers that the service has been delayed due to a “signal fault”.
“G:link services are suspended both directions between GCUH and Southport stations due to a signals fault,” a spokesperson said.
“Customers can expect delays of up to 15 minutes.”
Alternative bus transport is being arranged to transport customers.
