A Murwillumbah mother has admitted she struggled to get to sleep after learning she won close to $200,000 on Keno.
The woman, who said she is a regular player, claimed $196,891 on a Keno Classic 9 Spot jackpot after buying an entry at the Murwillumbah Services Memorial Club on Monday.
She told officials this morning she was still struggling to come to terms with her win.

“I didn’t sleep much last night. I was so excited!” she said.
“I put the ticket on yesterday and had a little win, so I decided to replay it.
“I felt so lucky!
“I just didn’t think it was true to begin with. I was so happy.”
Despite being a mum herself, the woman said she wants to keep the money in her account for now but also help out her own parents.
“It has come at a really good time,” she explained.
“I am going to pay a few bills and put the rest in the bank for now, and I will help out my parents.”
Murwillumbah Services Memorial Club CEO Guy Diven said it had been a couple of years since their last major win.
“Our members and staff on duty were ecstatic to think that someone in our club has won a life-changing amount,” he said.
“Our venue has a strong history of selling large winning entry tickets over its 30-year association with Keno.
“Congratulations to the winner! We hope she really enjoys her prize.”
