Spice Girls reunion looking more likely

“We hope to tell you soon what you want, what you really, really want..”

That’s the cryptic message from three of the Spice Girls that has tongues wagging.

Baby Spice (Emma Bunton), Scary Spice (Melanie Brown) and Ginger Spice (Geri Halliwell/now Horner) have joined together to create a video for fans on the 20th anniversary of their breakout hit Wannabe.

“We want to celebrate and have a party! And when we do, you’re all invited!” the trio says  in the short clip that has been posted on YouTube under the name Spice Girls – GEM, thought to be referring to their first initials

Fellow group members Posh (Victoria Beckham) and Sporty Spice (Melanie Chisholm) are not in the video.

Wannabe became an international No.1 hit in July 1996 and the group enjoyed enormous success with two albums, before Halliwell left to embark on a solo career.

The group split in 2000 before briefly reuniting for a performance at the 2012 London Olympics.
