Spiderman, Santa Claus rob Brisbane service station armed with sword and hammer

TWO teenagers have robbed a Brisbane service station while dressed as Spiderman and Santa Claus.

The pair, clothed in bizarre dress-up attire, allegedly held up the service station while armed with a hammer and sword on Saturday night.

Although no money was taken, the duo made off with multiple packets of cigarettes.

Two male teens from Upper Lockyer aged 18 and 19 have been charged with armed robbery and two counts of common assault.

They are due to appear in Toowoomba Magistrates Court today.
