Springwood servo robbed by men armed with a rifle and knife [PICS]

TWO men are on the run after robbing a service station in Springwood armed with a rifle and knife.

Just after 12am Monday, the pair entered the business on Cinderella Drive and demanded money and cigarettes from a from a male staff member.

The bandits, who were wearing dark face coverings, then fled the scene in a car, which was last seen driving west along Springwood Road.

Luckily, no one was physically injured during the robbery.

The car is described as a grey 2014 Toyota Camry with Queensland registration 441-WEX which police say has been confirmed as a stolen vehicle.
