Stage Two of the Gold Coast’s most anticipated project – the Jewel development – hit the market on Thursday.
The release gives high-end property buyers the chance to snap up previous, unreleased high-floor apartments.
Director of Sales and Marketing, Lucas Wilson, said 102 more apartments, housed in the first of Jewel’s three unique, crystal-inspired towers, will be available from today.

“Buyers in our second stage will have access to one, two and three bedroom apartments, plus a unique Jewel Belvedere offering, all with distinctive and highly-exclusive finishes including marble, onyx and natural stone throughout,” Mr Wilson said.

Mr Wilson said Jewel apartments were in a league of their own, with no immediate market competitors.
