“Imperial at The Star will join the ranks of our award-winning and signature dining offerings including cutting-edge Japanese Kiyomi, Italian favourite Cucina Vivo and modern Australian Garden Kitchen & Bar,” Mr Gush said.
“The menu alone is expected to attract a local and international Chinese market, as well as a Western crowd, with the best ingredients, sauces and spices imported directly from Hong Kong to be paired with the highest quality local and seasonal produce.”
Executive Chef of The Star Gold Coast Dustin Osuch said the restaurants menu “is a mix of eclectic dishes and flavours and intended to be shared.”
“Two items that we are expecting to be a huge hit with our Western clientele are the Pan-Fried Chicken with Almonds, and Stir-Fried Prawns with Wasabi Sauce which are quite surprising yet satisfying in their flavours” Mr Osuch said.
One of the most luxurious items to feature on the menu is the Baked Lobster with Thai Chilli Sauce as well as the Crispy Fried Prawns with Five Spice Salt, however if you’re after old favourites such as San Choy Bao and Peking Duck, they’ll be available too!
Imperial at The Star will be open for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Sunday.
