THE Gold Coast SUNS will be subjected to some thorough reviews in the coming days after the team’s disappointing loss to premier Hawthorn on Saturday night.
Assistant coach Dean Solomon pulled no punches in admitting the team didn’t play up to expectations against the Hawks, and the players can’t expect some harsh assessments in video review sessions ahead of the clash with Melbourne in round 5.
“You really need to show the players what is expected of them and what can’t be accepted in this footy club,” Solomon said.

“There are certain standards you need to reach and tonight we didn’t reach it.
“We’ll go through now and thoroughly code that game and review it with the players and really show them where the intensity did drop off.”
