A man who was hit and killed by a train in Sydney’s south overnight was believed to have been vandalising another train just moments before he was struck, police say.
Just after midnight, emergency services were called to Kingsgrove Railway Station and found the man.
While investigations into the circumstances surrounding the man’s death is ongoing, police say “initial inquiries suggest the man may have ran across the tracks after vandalising another stationary train.”
