Sydney man admits to ongoing sexual abuse of his stepdaughter

A Sydney man is facing trial on a range of child sex related charges, many of which relate to his stepdaughter.

The 45-year-old, who does not have a lawyer and is representing himself in the NSW District Court, has today pleaded guilty to 99 charges.

Most of those charges involved the man having sex with his stepdaughter when she was aged from 12 to 15.

He also admitted to using a child for pornographic purposes and to making child abuse material.

He is fighting a further 33 charges, including administering an intoxicating substance in order to commit a crime, with 22 counts relating to the stepdaughter and five relating to her mother.

He has also denied indecently assaulting another stepdaughter when she was about 11.
