Taylor Swift sued millions for allegedly copying lyrics to chart topper

TAYLOR Swift is being sued, a LOT, for allegedly copying the lyrics to her hit song Shake It Off.

Jesse Braham, 50, is suing the pop star for $59 million, claiming she stole the lyrics from his own song ‘Haters Gone Hate’.

While Shake It Off includes the lyrics “cause the players gonna play, play, play, play, play – And the haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate,” Graham’s song allegedly contains the lyrics “haters gonna hate, players gonna play”.

It’s reported Braham asked to be given credit for the song, however was repeatedly knocked back by Swift’s record label.

Swifts legal representatives are yet to comment.

Just last week, it was revealed Swift was suing a radio host for allegedly groping her before a concert in 2013.
