POP superstar Taylor Swift is countersuing a radio DJ who claims she falsified a story about being groped.
In 2013, Swift accused David Mueller of lifting up her skirt and groping her bottom while posing for a photo during a meet-and-greet before a concert.

However Mueller claims it was a case of ‘mistaken identity’ and sued the singer saying he was wrongly dismissed from his job at a Denver radio station over the incident.
Swift has now requested a jury trial seeking punitive damages from Mueller, saying that any money would be donated to charitable groups that protect women.
A verdict against Mueller “will serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts” the counterclaim said.
