A 15-year-old boy accused of stabbing another teen on the Gold Coast yesterday has appeared in Southport Magistrates Court.
The court heard the boy, who has been charged with wounding and robbery in company, stole the knife he used in the attack from a nearby TAFE.
Solicitor Chris Rosser told the court his client had taken the knife from the TAFE before leaving for a lunch break, due to concerns for his safety.

The boy’s were allegedly involved in a feud on Facebook which escalated to the 15-year-old boy being stabbed in Miami on Tuesday afternoon.
The teens bail application has been adjourned until Friday.
