Teen boy arrested over sex attack on Girl, 5 at McDonalds

A TEENAGE boy has been arrested over the sickening sexual assault of a five-year-old girl at a NSW McDonalds restaurant.

It’s alleged the little girl was approached by the 15-year-old boy in the playground of the Park Beach Rd McDonalds at Coffs Harbour just before 2pm on Saturday October 11.

Police said the teen is alleged to have brazenly indecently assaulted the girl before fleeing on a bicycle.


The child’s grandmother reported the incident to police and following an investigation by the Child Abuse Squad, a 15-year-old boy was today arrested in Coffs Harbour.

He’s been charged with indecent assault of a child before being granted conditional bail to appear before a children’s court at an undisclosed date.
