Police have charged a teenage boy after he allegedly used his mobile phone to film under school girls dresses at a shopping centre in Castle Hill yesterday.
About 3.40pm Monday 16 November 2015, two girls aged 14 and 15 were standing in a queue in the food court area when a 16-year-old teen allegedly used his phone to film under the girls dresses.
Two other female students became aware of the alleged filming and notified the two young girls.

The girls alerted security staff to the teenager and he was escorted to the security office where he was met by police.
Officers viewed the footage of the boy’s phone and placed him under arrest.
He was taken to The Hills Local Area Command where he was charged with aggravated filming a person’s private parts (x2).
He was given bail and will appear in Parramatta Children’s Court on 10 December 2015.
