Teen busted with 220 MDMA tablets in Surfers high rise granted bail
A TEENAGER busted with 220 MDMA pills at a Surfers Paradise high rise has been granted bail.
Nicholas Hartley appeared in the Southport Magistrates Court this morning, charged with two counts of supplying a dangerous drug and one count of possession.
The 19-year-old was busted with 220 MDMA tablets and 20g of crushed tablets after police were called to a Enderley Ave apartment to investigate bottles being thrown from the balcony on September 12.
Hartley is due to appear in court on October 6.
