A TEENAGE P-plater has allegedly been caught driving drunk around Melbourne’s south-east, just three days after sitting through and passing his test.
It’s alleged a BMW sedan was seen speeding along Grandview Street at Glen Iris about 11pm.
Highway Patrol officers raced to the street and allegedly found a car matching the same description parked out the front of a house in nearby Ranfurlie Street.

Police spoke to a teenager at the address who could not produce his license because he was still waiting to receive it after only passing his test three days before.
He was taken back to Prahran police station where he returned a reading of 0.042 per cent.
He was fined $379 and his licence was disqualified for three months.
