A 17-year-old boy has been charged with allegedly breaking into the same chemist in Upper Coomera not once, but twice, this week.
The first break-in occurred in the early hours of Tuesday September 15, when the glass front doors of a chemist on Brygon Drive were allegedly smashed with a piece of wood.
The following night, the alleged thief struck the chemist again, this time smashing the glass front doors with a brick.

During both robberies, police said a quantity of prescription drugs were stolen.
Following investigations, detectives executed a search warrant at a home in Upper Coomera where the teenager was arrested.
He has since been charged with two counts of enter premises and one count of possess utensil.
