Teen critical after stabbing in Sydney’s north
A TEENAGE boy is today fighting for life in hospital after being stabbed in Sydney’s north overnight.
Police say the 17-year-old walked into Frenchs Forest Police Station about 6pm on Saturday suffering from a stab wound to his torso.
Initial investigations suggest he was stabbed during an altercation at a nearby house.
He was rushed by ambulance to Royal North Shore Hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
Following investigations, police attended a nearby home on Rabbet Street where they arrested an 18-year-old man.
He was taken to Manly Police Station before being taken to hospital for assessment, where he remains under police guard.
A crime scene was established at the home and investigations are continuing.
