AN 18-YEAR-OLD boy is dead following a horror crash in Wollongong’s south.
The accident happened around 12.30pm this afternoon along Windang Road in Windang.
Police said the 18-year-old was killed instantly when the silver Holden Commodore he was driving collided with a white Toyota before slamming into the back of a truck parked on the side of the road.

Several other passing motorists stopped and attempted to assist the driver of the Holden, but he could not be saved.
The 19-year-old male driver of the Toyota was transported to Shellharbour Hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.
All three southbound lanes of the Windang Road were closed while investigations into the crash were carried out.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner outlining the full circumstances leading up to the crash.
