A teenage boy has fallen 15 metres off a cliff at a popular swimming spot in the Gold Coast hinterland.
Emergency services rushed to Mount Tambourine’s Cedar Creek Falls just before 1.00pm.
It’s believed the 17-year-old male fell 15 metres from a ledge with a vertical rescue team working to winch him to safety.

The boy was knocked unconscious in the fall and suffered serious head injuries as well as lacerations.
He has been transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital.
