A teenager has been airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries after being truck by a train while walking along railway tracks in Melbourne’s south east.
The 18-year-old male was reportedly walking between the tracks around 500 metres east of Officer station when he was struck by an eastbound train at around 1.45am on Sunday.
It comes only days after two men were killed on the tracks in Altona Meadows.
