A teenage girl has been charged after allegedly stabbing a boy in the Sutherland Shire overnight.
About 11.40pm (Thursday 30 July 2015), police and emergency services attended Billa Road, Bangor, following reports a teenage boy had been stabbed.
On arrival, officers from Sutherland Local Area Command were told the injured 17-year-old boy had left the location.

He was located in a nearby park and treated by Ambulance Paramedics before being taken to St George Hospital in a stable condition.
A 15-year-old girl was arrested at the scene and taken to Sutherland Police Station where she was charged with malicious wounding.
She has been granted strict conditional bail and is due to appear at Childrens Court on Tuesday 18 August 2015.
