The teenage girl behind the wheel of the Barina sustained life-threatening injuries in the collision.
She was treated by paramedics at the scene before being rushed to Port Macquarie Hospital.
Sadly, police said her injuries were too severe and she could not be saved.

Police said the truck driver would also be required to undergo mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
