Tragedy as teen killed in horror trail bike crash
A teenage boy has tragically died in a horror trail bike crash in South Australia.
The 17-year-old was riding his trail bike on a dirt track near Terowie, around 220km north of Adelaide, when he lost control and crashed just after midday yesterday.
The boy’s motorbike plunged off the side of a cliff just east of the intersection of Mallet and Wonna roads.
The 17-year-old died at the scene.
It’s understood he was riding with a group of mates when the accident happened.
Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash are continuing.
