“Other occupants of the house were awoken and managed to separate the pair.”

The injured teen was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a stable condition, while a 20-year-old man was arrested at the house and taken to Bowral Police Station.

He was charged with malicious wounding with intent to cause serious indictable offence and armed with intent to commit serious indictable offence.

He was refused bail to appear in Moss Vale Local Court later today.
