A young woman is fighting for life in a Brisbane hospital after being hit by a car onto railway tracks.
Emergency services were called to Swann Road in Taringa around 7:30pm on Friday following reports a woman had been hit by a car near the intersection of Moggill Road.
The 19-year-old had fallen on to the railway tracks below.

Police commenced CPR on the woman until other emergency services arrived and she was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a critical condition.
The driver of the car, a 20-year-old woman, was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital as a precaution.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
