Teenager missing from Upper Coomera

THERE are concerns for a teenage girl, missing from her Gold Coast home for several days.

The 15-year-old girl (pictured above) was last seen by her family at Reserve Road Coomera around 8:20am on Wednesday, March 19.

Investigators say she caught a train to Sunnybank later in the morning and a bus from a railway station at Robina around 4.25pm. It is believed she may have then travelled to Broadbeach.

Her family are concerned for her welfare as she has not been in contact with anyone since Wednesday.

She is described as being Pacific Islander appearance, 175cm tall, of slim build with long dark brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a white shirt and dark coloured shorts (school uniform) and was carrying a dark coloured backpack.

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate the girl.
