Teens charged over armed carjacking, joyride across Gold Coast

FIVE boys, aged as young as 12-years-old, have been arrested and charged over a terrifying carjacking and joyride across Logan and the northern Gold Coast at the weekend.

It’s understood that around 7.45pm on Saturday, a 45-year-old man was reversing his vehicle out of a driveway on Garfield Street in Woodridge when he was approached by a teenage boy armed with a metal pole.
