Teens charged over Sydney home invasion

Two teenage boys will face court on Monday, accused of being behind a home invasion in Sydney’s south west.

Police allege the youths threatened three residents with a baseball bat after smashing the back door and entering the home in Bangalay Place at around 11.30am on Sunday.

An argument broke out and eventually the teens left.

Police arrested two youths a short time later.  A 16-year-old boy has been charged with aggravated break and enter with intent while armed, armed with intent to commit indictable offence and stalk/intimidate.

A 15-year-old boy has been charged with aggravated break and enter with intent while armed and stalk/intimidate.

Both youths were bail refused to appear at a children’s court on Monday.
