Two teenagers have been injured, one seriously, in a nasty crash on the northern Gold Coast in the early hours of this morning.
Emergency crews were called to Kerkin Road North in Pimpama around 12.30am, following reports a vehicle had crashed.
Upon arrival, they found two male teenagers suffering a number of injuries.

One teen was treated at the scene for chest injuries and rushed to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
While the second teen was treated for back and pelvic pain and taken to the Uni hospital in a stable condition.
Queensland Ambulance confirmed the High Acuity Response Unit did attend the crash scene.
