Terrorists arrested in Indonesia just weeks before planned bombing
Six suspected terrorists who were allegedly getting ready to detonate bombs have been arrested in Indonesia, according to reports.
The ABC reports the men, who Indonesian authorities claim are supports of Islamic State, were arrested on Friday and Saturday by anti-terror police in five separate cities across the island of Java.
The arrests reportedly followed a tip-off from the FBI and Australian Federal Police.
Details remain sketchy, however it’s understood the group had planned to detonate explosive devices at undisclosed locations later this month.
