Thieves target private Gold Coast school
Thieves have raided a set of lockers at a private school in Carrara.
It is believed three people broke into as many as 40 lockers at Emmanuel College and stole what was inside overnight.
Around 12.30am, officers were called to Birmingham Road by a staff member.
Initial investigations suggest police found approximately 30-40 lockers across the college had been broken into and had property stolen.
No classrooms are believed to have been broken into during the incident.
Police have been patrolling the area overnight.
