TWO men and a teenage boy have been charged over the alleged sexual assault of a young girl in NSW.
Just before 11.00pm on Saturday, police were called a home in the Lake Macquarie area following reports a 14-year-girl had been sexually assaulted after leaving a party at Bolton Point.
“Officers from Lake Macquarie Local Area Command spoke with the girl before attending another property at Bolton Point and establishing a crime scene, which was later examined by specialist forensic officers,” police said in a statement.

The girl was taken to John Hunter Hospital for medical examinations.
Following ongoing investigations, detectives from the State Crime Command’s Child Abuse Squad arrested two 18-year-old men on Sunday and charged them with aggravated sexual assault in company.
The pair were refused bail and appeared at Toronto Local Court yesterday, where they were granted bail to appear at Newcastle Local Court tomorrow.
About 10.30am on Monday, a 17-year-old boy was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault in company.
He was refused bail and appeared at a children’s court, where he was granted strict conditional bail to reappear at the same court on Monday 18 December.
Police are urging anyone who was in the Bolton Point area on Saturday evening to come forward.
