INVESTIGATIONS are continuing this morning after three people were tragically killed in a head-on crash at Moorooka overnight.
The fatal accident happened on Ipswich Road, just before 8.00pm.
“Initial investigations suggest a silver Holden Commodore was travelling along Ipswich Road outbound when it crossed into oncoming traffic and crashed into a sedan and a Hyundai near Hamilton Road.”

The driver of one of the vehicles, an 18-year-old man, died at the scene.
A 33-year-old woman and her 41-year-old male passenger, the occupants of another car, also died at the scene.
The four occupants in the third vehicle managed to escape uninjured.
Investigations into the crash are now underway.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash, or has dashcam vision which could assist with investigations, to contact them.
