THREE members of the same family have tragically died following an incident at a house in far western NSW.
Police said a 16-year-old boy and two men aged 23 and 44 were found unconscious inside a shed in the backyard of a house at Broken Hill on Thursday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the Creedon Street home at around 4.30pm and found the trio, believed to be a father and his two sons, unresponsive.

It’s believed the trio collapsed after being overcome by toxic fumes from a generator.
Firefighters had to use breathing apparatus to enter the shed and retrieve the family members before they could be treated by paramedics.
The two men and teenage boy were eventually rushed to Broken Hill Hospital where sadly all three were pronounced dead.
NSW Police released a statement shortly after 7.30pm, confirming the tragic news.
Officers from Barrier Police District have established a crime scene at the house as investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident continue.
Police say it will be some time before officers can safely gain access to the shed to conduct a full investigation.
