Three hospitalised after multivehicle crash, Southport

Three people have been rushed to hospital after a multivehicle crash in Southport last night.

It happened on Cotlew Street around 9.30pm.

It’s understood two vehicles collided in the eastbound lanes, with three people all suffering injuries.

Paramedics rushed to the scene, where they briefly treated a woman in her 40s and two other patients.

All three had to be taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital for further treatment.

They’re all understood to be in stable conditions with minor injuries.
