Three hospitalised after suspected overdose on Gold Coast

THREE people have been rushed to hospital after a suspected overdose on the Gold Coast

Emergency crews were called to an apartment building in Surfers Paradise just before 6.00pm on Thursday.

Upon arrival, they found a man in his 50s and two women aged in their 20s and 30s, unconscious.


The trio were treated at the scene by critical care paramedics before being taken to hospital.

The man was transported in a serious but stable condition to Robina Hospital, while the two women were taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital also in serious but stable conditions.
