Three people are dead, and another four have been rushed to hospital following three separate crashes on Queensland roads overnight.
The first accident occurred just after 8.30pm, when a car failed to negotiate a sweeping bend in the road and collided with a tree on Ilkley Road at Eudlo.
The 25-year-old male passenger was killed on impact, while the 25-year-old male driver and another passenger in their 20’s were taken to hospital with unknown injuries.

Just four and a half hours later, two men were killed when the mini moke they were travelling in slammed into a power pole at Nelly Bay on Magnetic Island.
The 25-year-old female driver was taken to the Townsville Hospital with unknown injuries.
An 18-year-old man has also been taken to hospital with serious injuries after crashing his car on the Carnarvon Highway at Rolleston around 11.00pm.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating all three accidents.
