Three shotguns, four rifles stolen from farm in NSW

SEVEN guns and a collection of power tools have been stolen from a property in the NSW Hunter Valley.

Police said an intruder or intruders broke into the home off Ridgelands Road at Wybong sometime between 7.30pm on Tuesday 25 October 2016 and 11.20am Friday 28 October 2016.

The offender/s removed a large gun safe from the home, inside of which were seven firearms, including a Rugger 77/17 rifle, a CZ .22 calibre rifle, a Ruger Hawkeye rifle, a Sako S491 rifle and three shotguns.

A number of power tools were also allegedly stolen.

As investigations into the break-in continue, police are asking anyone with information to contact Hunter Valley Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
