The NRL has been floored by three drug scandals, involving four separate clubs, within 48-hours.
The Titans have confirmed they are “aware of an alleged incident involving Co-Captain Kevin Proctor”.
It’s claimed he was seen snorting cocaine outside a nightclub in Canberra on Friday night, shortly after representing New Zealand in their test loss to Australia.

He was reportedly with Kiwi captain Jesse Bromwich when captured on CCTV footage with a Canberra man who appeared in court on Saturday.
According to ABC News, Adrian Mark Crowther was allegedly observed by Police preparing a white powder on his phone, before handing it to Proctor (pictured) and Bromwich, who rolled up bank notes and consumed the substance.
The NRL stars had left the scene by the time Police arrived and are yet to be charged, but were named in court.
The Titans released a statement on Saturday confirming “the NRL Integrity Unit have been made aware (of the incident) through New Zealand Rugby League Officials”.
“Investigations into the alleged incident are on-going and the club will not be making any comment until more information becomes available,” the statement reads.
While other drug-related scandals prompted NRL CEO Todd Greenberg to flag boosting the game’s illicit drugs testing regime.
Cronulla chairman Damian Keogh was forced to stand down on Saturday after he was accused of drug possession.
That revelation came just a day after Sydney Roosters centre Shaun Kenny-Dowall was allegedly caught with just under half a gram of cocaine at a Sydney nightclub.
He and Keogh are set to face court next month.
