THE TITANS have confirmed the worst-kept secret in the NRL.
The Gold Coast club’s added fullback-winger James Roberts to its roster on a two-year deal.
The talented 21-year-old former Rabbitoh and Panther has been dogged by off-field issues and injury in the past couple of years, but the Titans say he has proven himself to be an exciting naturally gifted footballer.

It will be at least six weeks before Roberts is able to return to the field as he recuperates from an ankle injury.
He’ll be linking up with childhood friend and in-form Titans halfback Albert Kelly as well as former Penrith teammate Brad Tighe.
Roberts is also thankful for the opportunity to work with the likes of Preston Campbell, the club’s Titans 4 Tomorrow and Indigenous figurehead.
“My priority is to work hard on earning the respect of everybody at the club and hopefully be back on the field in six to eight weeks,” Roberts said.
