The Gold Coast Titans have secured their spot inside the top eight after a dominating win over the North Queensland Cowboys.
The men in blue put on a show overnight, running in seven tries to defeat the Cowboys 36-14 at Cbus Super Stadium.
The victory could not have come at a more critical time, with the annihilation catapulting the Titans into seventh spot on the NRL ladder.

The halves pairing of Toby Sexton and Ash Taylor again proved successful for the side, with coach Justin Holbrook admitting he was unlikely to break up the pair anytime soon.
That’s despite co-captain Jamal Fogarty being fit to play for the first time since suffering a finger injury in round 18.
“Obviously Fogarty is co-captain of the club with Kevvy Proctor, he’s terrific for our club, that’s why we needed him here today,” Holbrook said.
“But I am really happy with Toby and Ash… I think they’re combining really well.
“I like the stability there so I will more than likely keep it as is and Jamal will have to wait for his opportunity.”
Holbrook’s gamble to play David Fifita off the bench is continuing to reap the benefits, with the NRL superstar running on to score his 14th try of the season.
“I know we’re a better side when he is out there, but the last few weeks have worked great for us,” Holbrook said post match.
“I’m not expecting him to play 80 minutes. He has had a good 60 or 70 minutes for three weeks in a row and we are going good with that formula.”
The Titans do battle with the Rabbitohs this week, before taking on the Storm, Knights and Warriors in the lead-up to finals.
