The Titans are showing their commitment to the Gold Coast, launching a new Community Foundation at Mudgeeraba Special School today.
When the NRL announced the ownership of the club had gone to a local consortium in December, co-owners Darryl Kelly and Rebecca Frizelle said they were committed to growing grassroots on the Coast.
“Although the club will be privately owned by the Kelly and Frizelle families… it will always be community driven and eventually community owned,” Ms Frizelle said last year.

Today, they’ve unveiled the new Community Foundation which will run in partnership with the Australian Sports Foundation.
The organisation aims to tap into key businesses and individuals who can help the club reach their strategic objectives.
Gold Coast Titans CEO Graham Annesley said this shows they’re committed to the Coast.
“The Kelly and Frizelle families are deeply embedded in the local community and they are absolutely committed to the Titans,” he said.
“This club represents the entire Gold Coast and surrounding regions on the national stage, and if we expect community support, we must be prepared to reciprocate and support the community.”
