The Gold Coast Titans’ lavish spending continues today, signing Canberra prop Shannon Boyd on a four-year deal.
Only yesterday the club re-signed Jarrod Wallace on a big money contract.
Boyd will finish the 2018 season at the Raiders before joining the Titans in 2019 and will stay on the coast until 2022.

The hulking prop will add more firepower to Coach Garth Brennan’s forward pack which will contain Wallace, Ryan James and Jai Arrow for the next few years.
Brennan said Boyd is the type of player he wants at the Gold Coast.
“He’s an imposing figure that will bring some much-needed size to our pack,” he said.
“He’s played 100 NRL games and has represented his country so he brings with him a fair amount of experience that will help a number of our young guys.”
