Titans switch off against Cowboys as they look to 2016 season

TIME for the Gold Coast Titans to re-group and make the most of the NRL off-season, after a dismal end to 2015.

The local boys hit the snooze button after 20 minutes of their game against North Queensland in Townsville last night, before losing 42-12.

The Titans ran in the first two tries to lead 12-0 before letting the Cowboys run riot and score eight un-answered four-pointers, including five in 16 minutes in the second half, in front of a revved up crowd.

It’s back to the drawing board for the local boys, with captain Nate Myles packing his bags for Manly, and all eyes now on 2016.
