Toddler pulled from daycare pool dies in hospital

A toddler who was pulled from a pool at a family daycare centre in Perth has died in hospital.

The two-year-old boy was found unconscious in the backyard pool of the Carramar home on Monday.

He was rushed to the Princess Margaret Hospital for Children, however sadly passed away on Wednesday.

The daycare centre has been shut down and is now under investigation.

It’s alleged the toddler stacked up toys to climb the fence and jump into the pool.

The woman who has run the family daycare from her home for just over 12 months, is fully qualified and has a valid first aid certificate.

It is not yet known if charges will be laid.

I do believe that this lady who took it upon her own free will to run a family day care service and there fore took upon certain policies and procedures to adhere by.
Where was the ” Duty Of Care ” That is meant to be provided?
Somebody Has got to be held responsible for the death of this little boy!
Why did this child have enough time to stack up toys against the fence to allow him to ” jump over it “?
Where was this child care provider then?
Why wasn’t she where she was meant to be?
If she was where she was meant to be’ she would had of been able to intervene his actions and would still be alive today!!
Overall at the end of the day’
The child was left in her care’ so to me she is to solely take full blame of the unfortunate tragic event that ended up taking place! Because is there is no one else but her present at the time who knew better!
This never had to happen!!
May he R.I.P and his loved ones are sent my condolences!
