A toddler found himself in a little bit of trouble after trying to get his hands on a soft toy at a Sydney Hotel on Anzac Day.
The youngster, aged 3, became trapped inside a vending machine after climbing inside on Tuesday afternoon.
Riverstone Firefighters shared photos and information about the bizarre rescue on their Facebook page, revealing that the child was “having the time of his life playing with all the toys.”

“Yesterday afternoon Riverstone Firefighters were called to a child stuck in a vending machine at an establishment in Rouse Hill,” they said in a statement.

“Upon arrival firefighters were escorted by security to a soft toy machine and to our surprise a young boy was inside.
“The young boy was not distressed and was having the time of his life playing with all the toys.”

Using some careful manipulation techniques, firefighters said that they were able to open the door and free the child, returning him to his very relieved parents!
