TWO men accused of kidnapping and torturing a man in an abandoned Gold Coast train tunnel have been granted bail.
It’s alleged Scot Murphy organised his pizza shop employee Daniel Jaffe to capture and transport their victim to the haunted Molendinar tunnel in March this year where he was tortured for around an hour in relation to a $2000 drug debt.
It’s then alleged Murphy drove to the area and further assaulted the man by punching him in the head.
