Anyone travelling on the Logan Motorway this afternoon is being warned to brace for huge delays.
A truck has smashed into the safety barriers westbound on the motorway at Meadowbrook.
It happened just before the Loganlea off-ramp, with the truck spilling its contents, including steel rods, over the road.

According to the Department of Transport and Main Roads, all lanes have been blocked westbound towards Kingston.
Long delays are expected with motorists being urged to delay travel or seek alternative routes.
“Motorists are advised that westbound on the Logan Motorway just before the Loganlea off ramp a semi trailer has hit a barrier and is blocking one lane,” Qld Police tweeted.
“Please proceed with caution and possible delays are expected.”
Paramedics have transported two people to Logan Hospital in stable conditions.
